  1. I have struggled to lose this last 20+ lbs for 1 year now. As a stay at home mom (3 yrs ago) I never had trouble with weight. I maintained around 114 to 120 lbs ( 5' 5") then I got a stressful desk job:/ The pounds came on slow and steady. Now they just won't budge. Been Primal since 3/28/12 only 3 lbs lost to date. SW 155 CW 143 PB 140 (I lost 2 more then gained them back this week:( 37 yrs old

I am a mother of 5. Married to a wonderful man who funnily has unknowingly pretty much always been PB:) Yet he doesn't want to "Actually" try it:) I work in the pediatric wheelchair business so I appreciate my families good health tramendously. I am newly Primal and struggling but loving the way I feel. I am naturally a non-meat eater. Meaning I really don't like it naturally. Even knowing it is good for me and all, I hate the texture of it. So I cook my food till it's fall apart good and swallow it down with lots of water. I have been doing this since March 21st 2012 and holding strong. I just recently decided I need to get rid of dairy (Greek yogurt and occasional cheese) since there is no weight loss to date.

With a combo of PB and IF-ing 5 days a week (1 x 1200 calorie meal per day) I have lost 15 lbs PB/IF = 130 lbs July 2012 to current
GW: 120
Ultimate Goals ar to be: Happy/ Fit/ Energetic/ Feel great/ Balanced/ cure my thyroid and adrenals
