Grew up on the central coast of California. Came to Oklahoma for college a couple years ago. Really missing the mountains and ocean as well as the fresh food that is available back home.
I had some bad injuries at the beginning of the fall sesmter last year and become very sedentary as a result. I've always been an active person so it was very hard. I'm looking to get back in shape, get back to where I was at before my injuries and learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I recieved the primal blueprint for Christmas 2011, but didn't think much of it until I started to read it on my flight back to Stillwater. I toyed around with the idea for awhile, staying about 50/50 primal.
I began the 21 day transformation on April 2, 2012 and have already experienced weight loss.
Really looking forward to all the life changes this month.
Hiking, beaches, camping, Disc Golf, swimming, vollleyball, etc...just get me outside
