I came to PB though my interest in MovNat and picked up a copy of the book through the library. The material made sense to me as a type 2 diabetic, an anachronist and critical thinker. I also liked it for the benefit it will have on my family as we have gluten and dairy sensitivty, allergies and weight issues.
