- As a child I ate&ate&ate tons of SUGAR. I realized how overweight I was in high school when I weighed 215lbs at 5'1''. The last seven years have been a journey (including the dreaded CW diet) to find the best diet for me. I have arrived at paleo/primal to reduce body fat and feel good!
