More accurate food lifestyle description would be somewhere between the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (Elaine Gottschall - no sweet potato) and Primal.
My current cheats are:
Wednesdays - french fries (done in homemade lard)
Fridays - cheese coated popcorn and dill potato chips
Sundays - 1 cup of gf cinnamon Chex cereal.
Mustard or peanut butter on my eggwiches.
End of the month: chocolate bar with nuts - clearly the nuts are not the cheat. ;D
