I am not really sure if the 'no' snacks is a hard and fast rule. Only what I have observed reading around the threads:) I say do what works for you!!
I wanted to try and answer your question:)I think that generally most people here do not snack at all and most only eat 2 times per day! The general census seems to be the longer between meals the better for fat burning. I had low-sugar issues prior to eating this way also and once my body got used to not having all of the junk I adapted to less frequent mealtimes easily!!!
