Biography:
I am a 36 y.o. mother of 4 children. I have been lurking on the MDA website for about 2 years now. I have "gone Primal" off and on. Those darn cupcakes do me in everytime! My ultimate goal is to compete in a figure competition using the Primal methods. I can't stand "6 meals a day", oatmeal, or brown rice and I will never ever be on the elliptical or stepmill?? for 2 hours a day. Wish me luck!!
