Your're right Maria, I haven't totally given up the grains and sugar. Its just in the past when I have cut back on everything, including fat, I have lost a some weight. But still not a lot. CW is very ingrained...I'm going to have to experiment with my body from week to week to see what suits me. But I'm not the only one here who has put on weight. Perhaps not sticking to PB 100% is the real problem. I shall see how I go this week. And I'm walking more now that the weather is warming up.
