I recently read Fat Chance: Beating the Odds against Sugar, Processed Food, Obesity and Disease. I thought it was definitely worth reading! I liked how he compared various diets and pointed out that the only real commonality is eliminating sugar and getting healthy fiber. I didn't like the way he dismissed Primal/Paleo as too expensive, though. It's not like grass fed meats and organic vegetables are mandatory. Anyway, I would still recommend it as a good book!
