    I started my Primal journey at the beginning of the year. We live in Malawi so food choices are not wide but meat, fruit and vegetables are all cheap and pretty much naturally raised. We're getting on okay but I still have lots of questions.
    I would like to take advantage of the email support package for a month but to order by phone or cancel my credit card debit arrangement is quite impossible by telephone. Apart from the unhelpful time difference, to phone USA from my cellphone is expensive and we can never get a good Skype connection on our sloooow internet.
    How can I get hooked up to the email support package for one month and then cancel without a telephone line?
    And how much is the online order handling fee?
