    Just wanted to say I think it's great you're putting so much thought and effort into doing this for your gran and your mum. I hope they feel the benefits without too much in the way of withdrawal.

        Haha, I like the swimsuit photo on the wall behind grandma #4. I wonder if that is her grand daughter, otherwise it seems out of place.

          I'll be 62 in September. I've been 98% primal since the beginning of February. I've lost 41 pounds in 2013. I read Wheat Belly in November, and "The End of Overeating" by Dr. Kessler, and my life was changed for good. It was a small leap from those books to finding Mark and primal living. I ate fringe during January, and fully committed, like I said at the end of January. I am reading everything I can get my hands on about primal and esp. lipid and the truth about cholesterol and statins. Your grandma might surprise you in that regard. Get her the 2 books or have her get them, and I bet she is transformed too.
