  • Gluten and Autoimmunity Explained in 20 minutes

Anyone seen this yet? It does a good job of explaining why gluten is bad for everyone, not just celiac patients.

OMG. I tried watching and I'm sure it's good, but damn he needs to take a chill pill and STOP MOVING so much! He's making me nutty. Bad platform manner. Maybe I'll just listen and not watch him much. Who is it anyway...must research.

I listened to it, but didn't watch much. Good info presented in a neutral, non-axe-grindy way. I wish he wasn't so manic though.

Thanks for sharing! I have a super skeptical uber-scientific brother who will not accept "anti-nutrients" as an explanation as to why grains are bad for us. Hopefully this will help!

Thanks Joe! I've shared your link on Facebook probably 5 times now hoping for the most visibility of it b/c EVERYONE needs to see that video. I know of two for sure that watched it b/c they asked me questions. Thanks for putting it out there. Such great information.

Disclaimer: I eat 'meat and vegetables' ala Primal, although I don't agree with the carb curve. I like Perfect Health Diet and WAPF Lactofermentation a lot.

Ya he drives me a bit nutty also. But I like what he's saying. With that whiteboard behind him he reminds me of my man Sean Croxton!

This stuff should be taught in schools!

                            Good information.

I didn't have any issue with his energy level or movements or speech patterns or anything.
