I noticed an article today on my school's web page about a girl in our school with POTS syndrome. The article is here:
I previously didn't know anything about POTS. Apparently it has only been recognized as a syndrome for ten to fifteen years. The medical community doesn't know what causes it or how to treat it. Another strange thing about is that most teens "grow-out" of it around 18-22 years of age but some people have "adult" forms of it.
Diabetes and heart disease are conditions that simply don't exist in people living in paleo/primal and biologically natural environments. Could POTS syndrome be another disease that can be cured by adopting a paleo lifestyle?
