  • What to read next recommendations

I've finished The Primal Blueprint and the Omnivore's Dilemma as well as quite a few gluten-free books. I'm trying to decide what to read next. I'm really enjoying learning more about the truth of nutrition versus what advertisers want us to believe. Any recommendations on some good books would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch!! Have a great day!

If you want to know more about the food itself, and policy in this country, read some Joel Salatin.

If you want a more in depth knowledge of the nutrition science that Primal is based on, Good Calories, Bad Calories is the place to go.

If you want a break from reading about food; I'd pick up a book called Mistakes Were Made, But Not By Me. Very enlightening.
    My primal journal!
