I hate my alarm clock! The alarm is a noxious, jarring sound that sends my heart racing and puts my whole body into a fight-or-flight state that can't possibly be healthy first thing in the morning. There's GOT to be a better way! I don't have the luxury of just sleeping until I naturally wake up nor the luxury of a $150 Zen-chime clock. Please recommend other more gentle ways to awaken. Something that'll play CD's maybe? Thanks!
