    B - SoG bar

    L - 3 egg omelet with cheese and sundried tomatoes

    D - Lamb stew

    S - Almonds and biltong


    I'm often feeling hungry right before bed and not sure if I need to eat or ignore it *sigh*

      Day 18


      B - SoG bar, nearly out of them

      L - 2 egg omelet with blue cheese and cream

      D - Chick & lemon soup

      S - Apple with almond butter and sunflower butter yum!

        Day 19 & 20


        B - leftover chicken soup

        L - almonds, cabanossi stick

        D - Saag paneer & shekh kebab (no rice)


        B - cabanossi stick

        L - frozen blackberries blended with a splash of juice and water, turned out like a sorbet very nice

        D - medieval feast, cheese, dips with bread and primal crackers http://www.marksdailyapple.com/top-10-ways-to-go-nuts/ mutton, fish & duck with veges, rice pudding.


        Actually felt really sick after dinner last night and woke up at 2.30am going argh. I've learned my lesson though, we are just not designed (or at least I'm not) to eat so much in one sitting. And with bread and rice.

          B - Fast (needed it after last night)

          L - Pumpkin soup, brazil nuts

          D - Laksa soup minus the noodles

          S - Apple with macadamia nut butter


          After feeling so sick after the food last night, I was trying to eat a bit light today, give myself a bit of time to recover.

            B - Fast

            L - Leftover Laska

            D - Lamb shank with carrot, parsnip, brocoli & cauliflower

              Day 23


              B - Almonds and the last SoG bar (man they lasted for ages)

              L - 2 eggs omelet with cabanossi, broccoli & cauliflower

              D - Cream of broccoli soup, and some fresh baked bread

              S - almonds


              I had made the bread for my housemates to eat, but won't be doing that again as I was unable to resist the smell of baking bread. 80/20 right?

                B - Almonds

                L - Left over broccoli soup with some blue cheese

                D - Devilled sausages

                S - Apple with macadamia butter


                Was regretting the bread today just felt yuck.

                  Day 25


                  B - Fast

                  L - Chicken salad

                  D - Roasted leek, garlic & bacon soup.

                  S - Biltong, almonds, teaspoon each of sunflower & macadamia butter


                  Found the best way to provide my housemates with bread to go with soup is to just buy two rolls from the supermarket, then I'm not tempted.

                      Day 27 & 28


                      This weekend was another overnight hike.


                      B - Primal pizza

                      L - Few nuts, dates

                      D - Thai curry, no rice

                      S - After dinner some dessert, cake and berries


                      B - Mushroom, tomato, white pudding with leftover curry

                      L - Primal crackers

                      D - Chicken salad with squid rings


                      Was a great weekend, a real sense of accomplishment from completing the tramp which wasn't that easy for me.

                        D - Meat pasta sauce, salad

                        S - Nuts


                        Weighed in this morning, have lost another 5lbs which is crazy, as didn't think I would have lost that much last week.

                          L - 2 sausages

                          D - Baked salmon with stirfried veges

                          S - Nuts, biltong


                          Can't believe its been 30 days already, I feel better than I have in a long time and will be sticking with primal eating from now on.
