What i read that might not have been discussed.

I can't comment on the blood flow to fat cells. However the ability of blood to pick up the fat is altered by temperature. cooler body temp leads to less up take of fat and the higher the body temp the easier its uptaken by the blood. The reason is easily demonstrated with cooking oil. Some at room temp are liquid others are hard and un-usable until heated. Like body fat, above a certain temperature fat is more liquid and can be taken for a ride by the blood. For this reason LSD exercise is an option. Keeping the body in a state of seeking energy to continue and the raise in temperature creating a fat source of energy supply work together to make fat reducible and a useful energy supply to support the exercise. Not a great writer i hope i was clear enough to understand.

Maybe that's why subcutaneous fat is so jiggly. Vigorous exercise makes it massage itself so it can be gotten rid of all the easier.

I haven't heard of massage actually helping with fat breakdown however; I do know that body brushing is a technique used by ancient yogics to loosen up fat and cellulite. There's a youtube video that shows how to do it...body brushing apparently stimulates the lymphatic system and helps it to break down the fat molecules more efficiently.
