    These studies are somewhat stupid. The reductionist approach of focusing on the effect of a single nutrient in no way recreates the diet of healthy communities. Supplementing Vitaim D without increasing Vitamins A and K2 is known not to work. Chris Masterjohn has written on this.

    This points very strongly to the need to focus on a whole foods diet including seafoods, particularly shellfish, organs and the fat of grass-fed dairy, a la Weston A Price
    Four years Primal with influences from Jaminet & Shanahan and a focus on being anti-inflammatory. Using Primal to treat CVD and prevent stents from blocking free of drugs.

    Eat creatures nose-to-tail (animal, fowl, fish, crustacea, molluscs), a large variety of vegetables (raw, cooked and fermented, including safe starches), dairy (cheese & yoghurt), occasional fruit, cocoa, turmeric & red wine
