I just finished an anatomy course and this really makes sense to me. It kind of makes me feel like the HIIT exercises are so beneficial because they force your body to be more efficient in muscle groups which is all linked by the overlaying fascia.
@jess nice article. this is the kind of evaluation i was taught to do in athletic training. it's interesting how far we've come in terms of understanding form & function in regards to daily living...i think that's why i'm loving ashtanga yoga so much. i can feel how i'm supposed to position myself to get maximal output. i love the body!
