Her diet sounds incredibly bland, unfulfilling and gross to me.

I think the Wendy's lady had it right "Where's the BEEF?!"
My whole life, I've felt like an animal......but I've ignored my instincts. I ignored what I really am. That will never happen again.

Celebrities like her are the reason I just can't get through most of my female friends.

but but but but but Demi Moore eats nothing but raw food and veggies and she's thin!

she's also a fucking millionaire and an idiot, so you're halfway there.

It's true....some women are that stupid....they are like sheep...they'll read anything in the media and believe it....such as...

"Eat this way and you will be thin. Because thin is good. Men want thin (can't you tell by all the gorgeous supermodels and actresses!!)

Men don't want girls with flesh - it means they don't take care of themselves..."

I always heard that JA ate a low carb diet? I remember her being an advocate of Atkins. Did she really say she ate this way or is it just the media speculating again using information from "a friend".

I think this is just a "posh" way to eat, and the thought of eating like primals do is too "dirty" or "oily" for these celebrities, and for all the wannabe's that look up to them... thoughts?

Am I the only one who thinks that the fish with with walnuts and egg sounds nasty?

I don't get it how people can eat like that. I saw Riverdance last year and I was sooooo disappointed with the female lead. She had zero energy, was barely picking up her feet and missed half of her taps. Then I found out that this is what she eats:

All I've ever heard her say she was on was The Zone. I think she's been a Zone eater for many years, but I could be wrong.

in the daily mail article is says she started out on Zone....but i suspect she has tweaked it over the years to make her as uber-lean as possible. i mean she is pretty willowy already...

Although - I heard a SUPER story online. "Apparently pre-Friends, she used to visit a West Hollywood video store. She was about 10lbs heavier than in friends.

One of the video store dudes said she was just a total stunner, really gorgeous, friendly etc and most of the guys couldn't even look at her she was that pretty.

He then saw her in Friends (10lbs lighter in series like 1 or 2!) and thought it was a shame she had slimmed down..."

Now it looks like she can't even lift a toothpick...

Ack! I think you could stay thin eating like that, but I'm not sure about staying healthy. Doesn't look like much fun.

Shes staying slim due to the calorie restriction, but I suspect she has to stay chained to the treadmill, elliptical or stationary bike to keep the weight from creeping up on her.

My arse is now a size 7. You'd think I'd care. I thought I'd care (well, I do a bit, but not as much as I thought I would. I care more that my boobs are attempting to break free from my bra!). I'm shocked that I don't. Every morning I see an American woman doing her Kelly Korg impression round the block. I used to babysit for her brats (and they WERE brats!) She hasn't changed much in that time (but she was a VERY young mum). She's still a complete bitch (just like she always was, and her elder daughter appears to have taken after her) - so, call it schadenfreude if you like, but I'm waiting for her to burn-out completely. When I used to babysit for her she was down at the gym every single night of the week (and some mornings - I was often told to get up early because she wanted to get a morning workout in!)

I'm not stressing because stress produces cortisol, and that'll only make matters worse!

Still, the point I was trying to make (though not very eloquently) was that I'm not striving for skinny anymore, I'm striving for fit (and, according to my HRM, I'm getting there; I've only had the thing a week and my fitness level has gone from 'fair' to 'moderate' - just one more point to go and I'll be 'fit'!)

I don't know about using a flaky white fish, but Salmon with crushed walnut and some real VT maply syrup (I'm a vermonter; go to hell if you have a problem with a little real maple syrup) is flippin amazing. Of course, I do have a selection bias in place.
