    Thus the problems of processed foods:

    If you take out the fat, you add in more sugar and salt

    If you take out the sugar, you add in more fat (usually the bad kind) and salt or add in chemical concoctions

    If you take out the gluten, you add in more fat (again, the bad kind) and sugar.

    If you take out the salt, you take out the taste or add chemicals.

    NO matter what you do you replace one bad ingredient with another. That is why real foods are best choice!
