Strict diet two days a week 'cuts risk of breast cancer by 40 per cent'
Isn't that what we do with Ifing more or less? There seems to be benefit in just taking it easy on the food a couple of days a week. I wouldn't ascribe the statistics to the changes, though. Anything that gets people thinking about what they put into their bodies ends up making them healthier (usually).
That is good too. Now if only they would acknowledge the role of wheat germ agglutinin, gliadin and other molecules in wheat and grains that make you fat and kill you dead. 10 years? 20 years? Will they ever acknowledge this stuff?
