    Thanks for that...tough read.

    Just cause I didn't know much about it I looked up beef and found this article from gourmet traveller that explains in lay mans terms how cattle are raised.

      Thanks! That's exactly what I've been looking for the past two days, having recently read that there isn't enough difference in n-3/n-6 ratios to spend the money on grass-fed beef. These ratio differences are significant.
