    Scott Sonnon is running a series of blog posts on primal movements. Anyone interested in this sort of thing should check it out. I tried the first in the series which he posted last Friday and it was really quite a workout.

    Seems like a good site to have a look through.

    The "Seven Deadly Sins"

    Grains (wheat/rice/oats etc) . . . . . Dairy (milk/yogurt/butter/cheese etc) . . . . . Nightshades (peppers/tomato/eggplant etc)
    Tubers (potato/arrowroot etc) . . . Modernly palatable (cashews/olives etc) . . . Refined foods (salt/sugars etc )
    Legumes (soy/beans/peas etc)
