    How long do you guys workout for?


    This my workout like 30 min is that enough??

            It'll help, but that will mostly happen in the kitchen, not the gym.

                15 minutes of intense exercise is plenty per day, for general health and appearance. But for endurance (which is somewhat overrated) you have to endure. So it depends, as above mentioned, on your actual goals.

                    You're on the right track for sure. You could add some slow, heavy lifting once in a while if you wanted to take it to the next level, but if your diet and sleep are on point, and this is working with your lifestyle and schedule, just ride it out. You'll get there.

                      I'd add in some sort of pushing and pulling movements. pushups, handstands, and pullups. you can mix stuff like that in to your circuit and then you'd really be hitting your body from every angle
