  • Passively Making Headway

I do the cooking, and shopping, so Primal, of course. I do purchase a loaf of bread per week for the non-primes in the family. My husband reported that he was out and bought a muffin from a local convenient store and he had to toss it out, as it smelled of chemicals.

I was so encouraged! No nagging, no cajoling, just leading and providing a path.

    Anyone else have similar stories?

That is awesome...hoping for similar things to start to happen here. Every now and then hubby will comment about a change I have made here or there with foods, and be happy I made the change. It might take a lot of time, but I am hoping he jumps on the primal wagon!

I don't think my BF is aware of any change. He still eats bread during the day but with dinner he eats primal for 90% of the time. besides that he works out with me and takes the bike to work every day. I noticed yesterday that his abs are starting to show again....
