    Nudity.

Perfection is entirely individual. Any philosophy or pursuit that encourages individuality has merit in that it frees people. Any that encourages shackles only has merit in that it shows you how wrong and desperate the human mind can get in its pursuit of truth.

    I'd apologize, but...

Well, do you know about the Touaregs ? the desert people in the Sahara ? They wear washed-blue garments that are quite airy but that can keep them protected against wind and sand.

Thin loose clothing that allows air to circulate. Light colours to reflect the sun. I've got some light wool khaki 'T' shirts that are comfy in the summer and work well as a base layer in the colder weather. I also bought a Tilley hat years ago and it's great in hot sunny conditions.
Why use a sledge hammer to crack a nut when a steam roller is even more effective, and, is fun to drive.

Colors? Well, light colors absorb less heat. So white?

I would worry about materials over colors. You can be cooler in a black breathable swimsuit cover, and way hotter in a white wool sweater.
