        I used a 40 % protein 35% fat and 25% carb intake ratio on a 2000 calorie diet... all my protein coming from lean meats and whey protein,my fat coming from natural peanut butter and omega 6 pills.. carbs all from from veggies and some whole wheat bread.. Limiting my self to only 2 slices a day.. Also i eat around 50g of fiber a day. I use ifitnesspal and i weigh out all my food.

        Iv leaned to control my insulin by lowing my carb intake to just 100-130g a day.. People think its fat intake that make them fat, but its really the amount of carbs your intaking a day.. High carb diets, insulin is always on a rise. Result storing lots of fat..

          Agreement. You've come a long way for sure. I kind of wish there was a frond view so I could see you clearly, though the difference is of course pretty obvious.

              I like to do side shots because it really shows the degree of the lose.. Front shot yes you can tell i was fat but can you tell my waist was 46 inches around... Its now 33 inches around. I went from a size 38-40 pants depending on the brand to now 32.

                  basically it was 100% primal.. I just got the Pimial blueprint book.. Long story short is reducing your carb intake.. well maybe 90% primal cause i still eat very little grains.. He completely got rid of grains..

                      i take both omega 3 and 6.... CLA which is omega 6 is very beneficial at 3g a day.. Your body doesnt make either so you need it.. Most people get omega 6 if your a meat eater, but its still not enough.. Lot of people dont get omega 3.. You need to balance out the 2 fats..

                          Lol thanks.. The results of the muscle mass was due to my high protein diet. and doing a power lifter/body building exercise routine
