This is an incredible change! Wow well done!
It's such a hard thing to do to change but once you see the results of eating actual food and getting out in the sun, running, enjoying life and getting the right sleep, you just think why didn't I do this before? Why isn't everyone trying this! haha
But as I say impressive work
I feel so isolated as every day I search for others like me, I havn't found them yet but I will one day...
Staying consistent, Not eating fast food, quit drinking soda. I eat more frequently instead of a big lunch and a dinner. I work out 6 times a week and just started back on cardio 3 times a week. I don't take any supplements. I lift heavy and do lot of sets and low reps. I eats lots of chicken and veggies. I try and stay away from bread. Drink lots of water. I think the biggest thing is consistency. stick with something for a while. Quit switching it up every week with a need internet trend diet. Stick with what works for you. I try and stick to a 40% protein 35% fat 25% carb ratio diet. Typically I eat around 2000 calories a day.
