  • Happy Anniversary to Me!

    Today's the first anniversary of my paleo/primal adventure.

    It's hard to believe that, a year ago, I was 220 pounds and felt like an old man. (I'm 168 now and feel like a kid in his twenties.)

                Oh, sorry. I was scanning and the tux pic said it was an "update" so I assumed it was yours.
                Just the difference between the one by the real estate sign and the group photo is very striking.

                Peoples faces can change so much as jaw lines become more defined and cheekbones start to show. It would be easy to not recognize you at all from the first to the second picture.
