  • Sprinting saved my dog's life today!

She was bitten by an eastern diamondback today on the face. We had walked about an hour into a trail when it happened. We carried her out in 20 minutes and I left them on the trailhead and RAN the last 1/4 mike to the car.
We were able to get her treatment in under an hour.

She is recovering well so far and we hope to bring her home tomorrow. !!!!

I'm so happy that she is going to be okay and that I was able to give her my all when she really needed me.

I have a whole new level of motivation for getting stronger and faster. Even though I hope not to need it for anything like that too soon!

How scary! Way to go momrn! There is nothing like feeling capable when the difficult is required of you! So glad your pup will be all right.
