-thurs: overhead press and shoulder work, maybe some kettlebell stuff
-sat: squats, pushups, pullups, and whatever else i feel like doing

sprints thrown in when i feel like doing them haha.

as far as diet goes, i just eat paleo, with sat fats, lots of meat and veggies, all the good stuff. i am however in college and am forced to eat cafeteria food which is shitty in quality, so my diet isnt as up to par as i want it to be food quality wise, so i only imagine what i would look and feel like if i could eat real food haha.
Oh and i dont drink at all either, i know college kid who dosnt drink...it pretty much alienates me from everyone else my age, so i spend a lot of time in the wilderness, or in the gym, always improving.

    never stop training
Were you ever overweight or did you go into PB to tack muscle on? If I recall correctly you don't have a before pic right?

Great work anyway man. There's many avenues to get to this type of body comp. I want to look like that too but who knows if my genes flow that way. My body type is different and my choice of exercises are also different. I'm hoping to update this thread after a month of very clean eating.
I used to seriously post here, now I prefer to troll.

Not exclusively PB, in fact, I learned about PB after the above, but essentially I was doing the same. Eliminated all refined carbs, in fact most carbs, but also intermittent fasting ( which I still do ).

All of this at the tender age of 42. It's never too late to get the results you want.
Holy wow dude. That is impressive.

Yeah but imagine your reunion in 20 years time, you'll be fit healthy and look half your age while those hard-drinking folks will have beer-bellies, diabetes and liver damage!

                            • Hey everyone, this is my first post here but I thought I'd share my progress.

The photos aren't the best, as I haven't been too diligent but I did put this together and the progress is great. I call this "Weight Loss Through the Face".

I've been paleo/primal for 6+ weeks now, and have no regrets at all. I'm barely ever hungry now, feel great, and my athletic performance (soccer) seems to have improved as well. I would guess that I've lost 13-15 lbs. Bodyfat % is something I'd like to have measured soon, will most likely schedule an appmt at a BodPod location.

Glad to be apart of this community.
