    • Ive lost a fair bit more and am ready to post again.
I LOVE living primal. I have fallen off the wagon a couple times but I feel like such crap when I do its not hard to get right back on. My body has no problems telling me it wants to be healthy!
I went out with the girls this weekend and I have to admit I was scared to even try on this outfit and OMG it fit without any lumps or bumps or support underwear lol

I have to say that the women on PB are really representing. Erica, you look amazing! Now I will have to work extra hard to get into the shape I feel is "Before and after pics" worthy.

        • I'm still a work in progress, but progress nonetheless!

Pic 1: January 2010 - I was working out 3x a week on a CW "healthy" diet: lots of whole grains and low-fat protein sources.

Pic 2: May 2010 - Just before starting the PB, still on the same CW "healthy" diet, but working on barefoot/minimalist running

Pic 3: October 4, 2010 - 5 months on the PB. Cut out all grains, sugar, and milk. I do have beans once in awhile (I love chili!) and put greek yogurt in my smoothies. Eating more and fattier cuts of meat and more veggies (broccoli, carrots, spinach, celery, mostly). Started CrossFit classes in July, and have continued 2-3x weekly since. Currently training for fast 5k race times (goal is to hit 18mins).

The jeans in the first picture used to be a little tight for me, but now they fall off my butt unless they're secured by a belt. Also, I never thought I'd be able to see my Adonis Belt! O_O

                  • My transformation hasn't been quite as dramatic as some of the others here, but I'm still pretty pleased to see the progress after about six months of Primal.

                    Everyone looks so amazingly wonderful!

                      • Mine's not exactly primal, I have to make a bunch of modifications as I am mostly vegetarian. But I learn a lot from these forums and from the blog. Here are my results after 10 weeks of eating right. http://i.imgur.com/s1sEZ.jpg

I'd be interested in hearing about the modifications that you made, as I have a friend who is a vegetarian, and it would be really helpful to share that info with her. Could you share? Your progress is fantastic!
