  • I agree with BumbleB, and that is why I shared my progress too. I am not where I need to be or want to be, but I am so much closer since going primal. And I worked soooo hard at it before without success. I do exercise, but a lot of that is mandatory, I would do very different activities if it was my choice.

    Thanks for the compliments. I have always felt my legs were my best feature, and eating this way has helped me get my legs back to where they were years ago. My new work center will help too. We are always jumping on the profitter, the mini-tramp and the total gym to do some squats. I do need to get back to doing more calf raises though.

    I can't wait to get to my 'after' pics. Right now I am in a bit of a plateau though

        I was never really overweight. So my changes are "just" more muscle and less body fat.

        But I find it soooo inspiring to see how well others have done.
        My changes have been more related to my skin and my energy levels.
        That makes it all worth it

          • Hey BuMb - What a great post. This is a gift you have given anyone who stumbles on your post - thanks! As others said, baby steps. When we are ready, the teacher shows up...this could be the PB or another poster or anyone who inspires you just when you need it and are ready. I don't believe in the "I wish I had done this earlier" idea. When we are ready...we do. It can't happen before. AND, it is always the perfect time!

            Thanks again! And, you look great btw...nice flat stomach happening! Would be nice to see the face that goes along with these eloquent words!

                    You have convinced me that I am on the right track. I am 5'9", was about 172 when I started. I am down to 157 now. I just need to lose a little more as I work on my training. You look good. Excellent progress. I will post some pictures soon.

                            Really impressive results man, big congrats. I also started PB to get rid of acne. And even though its not all gone yet, its on its way. I recently learned that fruit, nuts and dairy breaks me out, so I stopped all of those a couple days ago, may also have to stop with the red wine awhile, have a feeling red wine gives me zit around the hairline..

                            May I ask how long time it took you to clear up after you cut all those stuff out and what your diet looks like? Also interested in how much exercise your doing, how much alcohol your drinking and your caffeine intake. Would be super helpfull to get som input
