      You could use photobucket or flicker to work around the permission issues.

        Wow, you are getting some guns! Nice. Four chinups is great. My wife started out with chinups and progressed to pullups. You can do it too. It takes time, but you will get there. You back will look amazing.

          • wow i guess i was approved! haha thanks for the comments. mostly my point is that good weight gain and ED recovery is SOOOOOO much more mentally do-able with primal eating

            thank God for MARK and everyone here and all the bloggers! i wish i could do more to convince the ED world to turn to primal, but alas, most ED recoverees are flippin vegetarians...

                          You are extraordinary! Good luck with your efforts with your ED. If there is any way in which I might support you, please let me know. It is really great to hear how PB is such a great approach in this arena. I imagine it is not considered much in the treatment approaches.

                          • Hi all!

                            I haven't really started doing the workouts yet (have done the odd exercise) but my ~16 lbs of weight loss since Jan 2010 has been from change in diet. I've cut out just about all carbs, sugar and processed foods (I'm not perfect lol), and here are my before and after pics so far:


                            Best of all, my acne has FINALLY gone away! Everyone is looking great - it's amazing how "stupid-simple" this is, but yet for some reason it's hard to actually do!
