            • This thread has been exceptionally inspiring - I've enjoyed seeing all the before & after pics and agree with a pp who said that more women need to post!! Here are some of my before & afters. I didn't actually purposely take any before photos - but these two pictures were ones that when I saw them I said "Am I really that fat??" and decided to make some life changes. FWIW, I'll be celebrating my 37th birthday this December.

2008 - 195 lbs about 3 months after having my third child. After seeing this picture I began following weight watchers but eating a Traditonal Foods diet high in protein and fat (and carbs...). I lost 20 lbs combining this eating plan with crossfit.

2009 - 174 lbs, had managed to keep the 20 lbs off for over a year and was thinking I was pretty fit and looking good... then I saw my thighs in this photo and decided something more had to be done. It was at this time I was introduced to the Primal Blueprint.

July 2010 - 150 lbs. Still a bit more body fat to go but I'm feeling pretty good about my progress so far! Have not been this lean since University.

                          • Last summer...somewhere between 300 and 320 lbs. I didn't get on the scales much back then.

                            And this morning. 237 lbs.
