This was 2 years ago:
(I lost a big amount of weight doing chronic cardio on a SAD diet with an undiagnosed pubertal delay/hypogonadism)
This was at the beginning of June 2012, in the very early months of my TRT and my primal journey
Before that, between the pics, I worked out and gained muscle mass, but it provoked the hormonal crash that led me to discover my hypogonadism because it became very very severe.
This is today.

one thing that helps if you can do it is to use a tripod or stable surface to take the same pose at teh same distance each time.
i have a ton of naked photos of my progress as well since i was unable to reuse the same clothes... not suggesting you share nakeds ( except with me of course) but they are great to really see how things change
