Can't believe I never looked through this thread! Will have to get some "partially clothed in front of the mirror" pics later, but here are a couple recent ones of me climbing that show my current progress on primal:

I guess this is my intro (ok, technically, 2nd post). I've been reading MDA since 9/1/2011. That day I made the decision to drop grains and sugars from my diet, and adopt many other Primal principles. I was reading through this thread earlier today and became curious if I had any prior pics to compare my progress to.
That one on the left was actually taken in March 2010, but is fairly indicative of how I looked September 2011. The one on the right was taken just the other day. I've dropped 4+ waist sizes and gained significant strength in just shy of 4 months. My diet is 90% Primal and I started IF'ing 16/8 on most days a month or two ago. I currently walk 3-10 mi a week and do lifting/body weight exercises 1-2 days each week.
The crazy thing is during the time the first pic was taken I paid no particular attention to diet but was constantly walking around on my feet for 50+ hours a week for my job. I now work a desk job, and yet look and feel ten times better. I may not be ripped yet or have dramatic results like some guys on this board, but trust me ... they're coming (more heavy lifting and sprints)!
