Coach, I started off at a weight I am not particularly proud of and have had a hard time shedding it (just started primal eating about 10 days ago and crossfit 4 days ago, but have been trying to lose for over a year with no luck). That transformation is pretty inspirational, thanks.
I just recently started going Primal and I'm amazed at how good I feel. It's amazing how your body tells you how WRONG all those carbs are once you haven't been on them for a while. I had pizza 2 weeks ago and felt like complete CRAP for 2 days afterwards. Also, my skin broke out with acne after eating carbs again. This has been enough to convince me that primal is the only way to go...

Hey can anyone point me to transformation pictures of people going from skinny to muscles?!
Here is me from years ago. I was twenty or so on the photo on the left. I smoked, drank, played in a heavy metal band and was a skinny dude. The photo on the right was taken 4-5 years later after I had quit smoking, got really fat, became a personal trainer and owned a small gym:
These next photos were taken back in '04 when I was at my largest (for bodybuilding) around 215-220:
I stopped working out in '05 when my first kid was born and over the next 5 years my weight stayed the same, but I lost all my muscle so that means I was good and fat! This is me today at 186lbs and 36 years old and I started working out again in February of this year. So, ya, a skinny guy can build muscle it just takes a long time and a lot of dedication:
