                  • One day my abs will be as great as Mal's. Meanwhile, I have found my missing camera. It mysteriously reappeared on my desk after a few months. ?! So here is me in July 2009 (200 lb, obese) vs today (130 lb, skinny fat).

                    Height: 5'4" (1.62 m)
                    Starting weight (09/2009): 200 lb (90.6 kg)
                    No longer overweight (08/2010): 145 lb (65.6 kg)
                    Current weight (01/2012): 127 lb (57.5 kg)

                          I think it was, and Mirrorball is also the ONLY one I know of who has allowed herself as many carbs as she wants. Just sticks to sweet potatoes, fruit, etc. Right?

                            Yes. I'm actually more paleo than primal (no dairy, no bacon).

                            Right. I don't think I have a metabolic problem. I got fat from eating too much junk food, it's that simple. The main staples of my diet were grilled cheese sandwich and chocolate. So carbs from fruits and sweet potatoes don't seem to cause any problems.
