Ha Ha....Yep....Age be damned! Allow for a slower build up in your programming intensity, then adjust the frequency not the intensity of your workouts making sure you get adequate recovery time and you will be amazed at how fit you can be.

Thanks, sometimes it seems that I'm just going thru the motions posting on this rather old thread, but then every once in awhile someone makes it all worthwhile with a nice comment. Not sure how long I'll keep this going as it may have outlived its welcome, but I'll keep plugging away for awhile.

Awesome spring day here in California! Woke up, ran to the Sebastopol hills did 5 X 250 meter steep hill sprints, then ran to the park and did the Day 2 level 8 Simple Fit Routine (5 sets of 10 pull-ups, 30 push-ups and 50 body weight squats) then ran home.
