  • down 100lbs!

    Hello all,

I'm down a 100lbs from my heaviest weight of 315lbs. I was 280lbs when I discovered Mark's page in November and I gotta say like the rest of you out there it has changed my life! My goal is somewhere around 175 and I hope to reach that this year. Having a lot of fun along the way and I try to spread the word to everyone. Grok on!!

That is fantastic - keep moving and you will reach that goal.
Eating primal is not a diet, it is a way of life.

I'm approaching 100lbs lost. I'm at 96.8 lost. I've been sick since Friday and yesterday the scale read 206.2 which would mean 1.2 to go. I didn't log that or anything because I know my body practically had nothing in it. Today, I am 208.2. 3.2 more to go and that will be 100 down. 5 pounds after That I'll be in Onederland!! Yippie.

Do you have a big celebration with milestones than are that big?!
