  • 9 month update. Age 20, down 60 lbs.

I've been Primal for almost nine months now. Just wanted to show off. I'm used to being a fat kid; now I have to get used to chicks hitting on me at work every day. Shit sucks.

How in the hell were you ever considered to be a fat kid? LOL.

Awesome progress man, keep it up.

Hah that was my thought as well, your before picture looks like a normal kid size nowadays. Hardly a fat kid by any means.

Way to go on the weight loss. Do you have anything left to lose?
            Went Primal January 24, 2011
Lost 105 pounds in 5 months
Currently 130 fat pounds down which is 120 pounds on the scale while putting on 10 pounds of muscle
According to my kids I am looking more and more like the Hulk every day

Ahaha. Well, back in high school I was considerably overweight, but I don't have any pictures of that. And thanks! Yes, I have a few problem areas; lower abdomen, love handles, and overall a little more definition. I am also working on bigger arms. I've been adopting more of a LeanGains approach lately, and soon I am going to try it full-fledged for a while, dairy-free, and see what kind of results I will get. (should also end up saving me some money.... which will be helpful since I'm about to move out on my own and will have to buy my own food.)
