  • Sea Salt Primal?

    Hola,

I'm curious about salt...do you use it- not use it- is it good/ bad?

I'm craving it...I use sea salt and have noticed that lately I've been wanting to use it more and more...curious what the real deal with it is.

    Gracias

It's the same as table salt.

    Grok didn't have added salt.

    Tubers (potato/arrowroot etc) . . . Modernly palatable (cashews/olives etc) . . . Refined foods (salt/sugars etc )
    Legumes (soy/beans/peas etc)

I don't see any problems with a little salt. It has a small effect on mineral absorption but it really helps with the meat-heavy meals so go right ahead. It's actually quite hard to get too much sodium from a salt shaker, the real problems are massive amounts of it in processed food.
