I find that for me, staying around 60g (total) carbs feels best. If I let it get close to 100 I stop being able to hear my hunger and I get hungry all the time and cranky. If I keep my carbs low I'm happy, calm and can trust my appetite. I have more energy and feel more vital. That's just me though. There's a huge drumbeat right now to get everybody to eat more carbs. I tried it and it doesn't agree with me.
