  • Going back to school thanks to Paleo!

It isn't official yet, but I am putting the steps in motion to go back to school for my Masters in Music Performance, specifically Opera. Pre-paleo (not primal since I don't do milk products), I have always had a great voice, but had consistent issues with breathing and tension. I have been eating this way for 9 months now, and the difference in my voice is incredible. Breath control and vocal flexibility are far better than they ever were when I was in school, despite not taking lessons for 4 years.

I can't even explain how excited I am to get back into performing, I think this time around I can actually do true justice to the Queen of the Night aria, my pet project many years in the making. I may not have met my health goals yet (struggling with still unresolved consequences of poisoning my likely-celiac self, like IBS and infertility), but meeting a life goal instead is a step in the right direction!

    Fantastic news! Well done you!
Eating primal is not a diet, it is a way of life.
    PS
    Don't forget to play!

Congratulations! Some days, the life goals are just more important than those pedestrian health goals

Congratulations!! I love hearing about how the paleo/primal influence spreads to all areas of life
For myself, I've found the energy and motivation to pull up my grades (final year of uni), and that's meant my stress levels have decreased substantially!
