  • Something wonderful happened to me today!!!!

    I broke 300 today, two days ahead of goal.... I have not been below 300 in over 15 years. I started my Primal Life six months ago weighing 367 lbs, today I stepped on the scale and it said 299.2. I had given myself a goal to break 300 by January 1 two months ago... I am so happy right now.

    Next goal, 275 after that, my goal will change to 15% body fat (which will put me somewhere around 230)

    I am sooo happy I found Mark and this community. Living Primal is the easiest thing I have ever done.

      Wonderful News! It feels so good to reach those goals and even better to know you have chosen the path to succeed in reaching the next goal. In addition to reaching 300, you must also be feeling so much better! Isn't it a shame we have been lied to for soooo long about how we should eat!

      We have found the secret and want to shout it to all who will listen!

                Yeah, I am a big boy.... My current Lean Body Mass is 193. It was 6 months I lost the 67 lbs. It was two months ago I made the goal of getting below 300 by New Years
