    I am finally doing better keeping Primal. Day Five. (I have been only moderately compliant for the last 6 months because of binge eating).

    I am making sure to fast at night, which is feeling really good. I am eating High Fat, Medium to High Protein, and low carb.

    No grain, no sugar, very occasional beans.

    I am already losing weight.

    Every day I ask myself what I believe and if bingeing comes to mind, I work on that with writing and other methods.

      Lately I just imagine my arteries, which are guaranteed to have plaque already, and know that eating that whole pizza is like putting another layer of scarring in there. Every time.

        Yeah dude! Keep it up. Binging sucks, but hey, you can do it.

        Of course, what I do is binge eating, mostly because I do 24 hour fasts and eat every night at 8pm. Gotta get the calories in haha.
