  • Fun Picture showing what dropping 120 pds since January looks like

Through my awesome paintbrush skills I created a fun picture showing what losing 120+ pounds in 9 months being Primal look like. I left a space for December and then one for Jan 24th which is my one year mark since going Primal.

I am not much of an exhibitionist so no underwear shots at this time. Maybe in another 30 pounds I will get the courage. Best part yet is that I have no loose skin. Maybe praying that I dont end up looking like one of those deflated jellyfish guys on the Biggest Loser has paid off. Or maybe its just all the weight lifting. Either way I can't complain.

I have been the king of plateaus for the past few months but I just remember to never give up.

Hopefully the picture will show up quickly from the time I post.

    Stay Primal!

According to my kids I am looking more and more like the Hulk every day

Awesome! Maybe then when friends of yours make their new years resolutions to lose weight you can show this to them as proof that your way is what works.

Also holy s*it you look a helluva lot like Alan Tudyk Alan Tudyk - IMDb

The change in skin color never fails to amaze me. Primal just makes everyone look so golden and glowy. Love it!

This is great! Inspiring about the no loose skin. Is that attributed to the healthy fats and working out that helps with no loose skin?
I'm too stubborn to give up so I keep on trying.

Might be a combination of the healthy fats, the weight lifiting, and also the fact that while I have averaged about 14 pounds a month really the first 100 came off in a little under 5 months and then my body has had a few months to adjust and build muscle while slowly losing more fat as opposed to the guys who drop all their weight in a short period of time. Just my guess.

Also I have heard the Alan Tudyk comment before. He is 10 years older than I am but according to his bio graduated from High School 15 miles down the road from where I did. Wiki says he is half Polish, I am half German, maybe we came from the same tribe way back when :-)
