Not that I was ever really away, just dealing with a lot of other things. But I'm still primal! Had a bit of a relax on the eating over the holidays, but unlike previous years I avoided all of the things such as mince pies, cakes, biscuits and so on. Roast potatoes did feature though, as did fruit.
I'm pleased to say that I put on no weight at all, despite some of the non/less primal stuff that I ate. Now I'm looking to kick myself off with a 24 hour fast tomorrow, to get things moving again. I don't have much more poundage to lose - actually I'm relatively happy with where I am, but 5 more off would be perfect. I know I can do it!
As to my herniated disc - all gone! No pain, much more flexible than I was, and getting back into the proper swing of things at the gym. Now I know how to look after my back properly, I'll be stronger than I was before.
Anyway, hope you're all well and glad to see more noobs here.
